Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. Agreement to These Affiliate Terms
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and Jazoodle Pty Ltd (ACN 607 642 259), trading as Advisorli, ABN 67 607 642 259 ("we", "us", "our", "Advisorli"), governing participation in the Advisorli Affiliate Program (the "Program").
By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, together with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program.
Our Details: Jazoodle Pty Ltd (ACN 607 642 259) trading as Advisorli ABN: 67 607 642 259 133 Sandringham Street, Sans Souci, NSW 2219, Australia Email: admin@advisorli.com
2. Definitions
- "Referral Link" means the unique tracking link or referral code we provide to you to promote Advisorli.
- "Referred Customer" means a new user who (a) accesses Advisorli through your Referral Link, (b) creates a qualifying account within the attribution window, and (c) becomes a paying subscriber.
- "Qualifying Revenue" means the net subscription fees actually received by Advisorli from a Referred Customer, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, and processing fees.
- "Commission" means the amount payable to you based on Qualifying Revenue, as described in these Affiliate Terms.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
To participate in the Program you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Have a valid Advisorli account in good standing.
- Complete the application or self-enrollment process and be approved or activated by us.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration and payment information, including valid Stripe Connect Express onboarding details if required for payouts.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Advisor-tier subscribers may be eligible for automatic enrollment; all other applicants must be approved before they can earn Commissions.
4. Commission Structure
Subject to these Affiliate Terms, you will earn a recurring Commission equal to 12% of Qualifying Revenuegenerated by each Referred Customer, for the lifetime of that customer's active paid subscription with Advisorli.
Key commission rules:
- Commissions are calculated on the subscription fee component of each invoice only, after taxes, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Commission rates are per affiliate and may be varied only by written agreement or by an override recorded in your affiliate profile.
- Downgrades, cancellations, or refunds that reduce Qualifying Revenue will result in a corresponding reduction or reversal of Commission.
- You are not entitled to Commission on renewals or payments if the Referred Customer was not properly attributed to your Referral Link.
5. Attribution and Tracking
Attribution is determined by our tracking systems and is subject to the following rules:
- 30-day cookie: A referral is tracked when a user clicks your Referral Link and a cookie is set on their device. The user must create an account within 30 days of that click.
- First-click wins: If a user clicks multiple referral links, the first Referral Link clicked will generally receive attribution, subject to our internal validation.
- Locked on first sign-in: Attribution is normally locked when the user first signs into Advisorli after clicking your link. Until then, attribution may be updated if a different referral source is recorded.
- No self-referral: You may not refer yourself, your own business, or any account controlled by you or your immediate family. Self-referrals will not earn Commission and may result in removal from the Program.
- Cookie limitations: If a user clears cookies, uses a different browser or device, blocks tracking, or clicks through a non-permitted link, attribution may not be possible.
Our tracking records are the definitive record of attribution and Commission eligibility, except in cases of proven technical error.
6. Payouts and Payment Terms
Commissions become eligible for payout once they have passed a pending period of 14 days from the related invoice payment date (the "Refund Window"), and provided the Referred Customer has not refunded or disputed the payment during that period.
Additional payout rules:
- Minimum payout: We will only transfer Commissions once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout threshold shown in your affiliate dashboard (currently $25.00 USD).
- Currency: All Advisorli plans are priced in US dollars, so Commissions are calculated and paid in USD. Your bank or Stripe may apply a conversion if your payout account is held in another currency.
- Stripe Connect: You must complete and maintain an active Stripe Connect Express account in good standing to receive payouts. You are responsible for providing accurate banking, tax, and identity information to Stripe.
- Payout schedule: Payouts are typically initiated weekly once the minimum threshold is met, but we may adjust the schedule at our discretion.
- Failed payouts: If a payout fails due to incorrect or incomplete Stripe details, the balance will roll over and we will retry on the next scheduled run.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. You may terminate by ceasing promotion and notifying us at admin@advisorli.com. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if you breach these Affiliate Terms, engage in Prohibited Activities, or if we discontinue the Program.
Upon termination:

You must handle any personal data you collect in connection with your promotions in accordance with applicable privacy laws and must not represent that you are collecting data on behalf of Advisorli.
11. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our name, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Advisorli under the Program. All goodwill generated by your use of our brand inures to our benefit. You may not register any domain, social media handle, trademark, or business name that incorporates or mimics our brand without our prior written consent.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, clicks, conversions, or traffic. Commission amounts depend on Referred Customers' actual subscription payments and are subject to the rules in these Affiliate Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Affiliate Terms or the Program shall not exceed the total Commissions actually paid or payable to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Modifications
We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Material changes (including commission rates, payout thresholds, or attribution rules) will be notified by email or by posting an updated version at advisorli.com/affiliate-terms. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from the Program. Before commencing legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin@advisorli.com.
